The Pointe, (www.mdpa.com/#/projects/development/pointe) a 500,000 sf building is the first of two buildings which M. David Paul is developing as office rental space for the media industry in Burbank, California. The first of two equal phases is complete with a 14-story tower over 4 levels of underground parking in each. The total building footprint will occupy approximately 75,000 square feet on a 9 acre site. Extensive landscaping and a soft perimeter condition will invite easy visual and physical entry to the user friendly Plaza Level. The Class A office building features unique granite and wood lobbies. This project has received a LEED Gold Certified Rating under the Core and Shell Development program of the US Green Building Council.
