As Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Anjali Mathai works closely with the firm’s leadership team to cultivate a culture of open, transparent dialogue, working to enhance the employee experience and increase engagement and collaboration across the organization. Additionally, she oversees our firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and culture-based programs. Anjali also supports the human resources team in further building out the firm’s ethnically and socially diverse professional staff. She is a licensed social worker and comes to HLW with two decades of experience in organizational design, development, and change management.
