Modern office lobby featuring a geometric balance of navy and wood-toned walls, with herringbone-patterned flooring. The recessed shelving displays decorative items, and framed artwork adds a personal touch to the welcoming space.

We designed Comcast Ventures, a subsidiary of Comcast focusing on tech startup investments, to be a 4,000-square-foot workspace that blends a professional environment with the comfort of a private social club. Featuring an open plan centered around a great room for flexibility and collaboration, the design includes private offices for executives and a pantry with a custom walnut bar top. Inspired by loft apartments and co-working spaces, the office has a cozy atmosphere for staff, clients, and the tech community.
