Fidelity International
A campus transformation uniting landscape, wellness, and workplace to empower people and brand.
HLW’s transformation of Fidelity’s Kingswood Campus reimagines three distinct buildings as a cohesive, world-class workplace destination. Rooted in the concept of pathways, the design establishes both physical and symbolic connections across the site — strengthening community, reinforcing brand identity, and supporting employee wellbeing.
Set within extensive natural surroundings, the campus embraces its landscape as an integral design element. Circulation routes echo the experience of walking through the grounds, creating intuitive movement and visual continuity between buildings. Interior spaces draw inspiration from nature through biophilic interventions, planting strategies, and material selections informed by biomimicry. The result is a refined yet dynamic environment that balances elegance with bold, contemporary gestures.
Wellness was central to the design strategy, with the campus achieving WELL Gold certification. Sensory design elements — including sound masking and quiet retreat spaces — support focus and comfort, complemented by larger architectural moments that inspire and energise. A redesigned restaurant and deli bar serve as social anchors, while outdoor running trails, walking paths, and exercise classes extend the workplace experience into the landscape, reinforcing a culture of health, connection, and community.
