Elegantly appointed urban loft bedroom with exposed red brick walls and arched window, featuring a plush queen-sized bed, modernist lighting fixture above, and minimalist workspace to the side, blending industrial architecture with contemporary comfort.

HLW’s ambition renovation of this 18-story hotel encompassed a redesign of the lobby, innovative amenities spaces (featuring a fitness center and versatile conferencing facilities), enticing ground-floor white-box retail spaces, a chic new bar and lounge, and a total of 288 elegant keys, including a presidential suite and two charming penthouse suites.

The project also involved enhancing the building’s exterior, including vital facade and roof repairs and the installation of brand-new windows. Our vision was clear: to honor the timeless grandeur of the existing structure, while infusing it with the contemporary essence of the surrounding community and the NH Collection brand.
