Located within the 14th floor of an iconic landmark tower on Madison Avenue, this 45,000-square-foot transformation reimagines a pivotal level for a leading financial services company. Designed in collaboration with Gardiner & Theobald and Higgins Quasebarth, the project converts a traditional workplace floor into a dynamic Place of Assembly that supports modern conferencing, client engagement, and hospitality-driven experiences. The refined industrial aesthetic thoughtfully references the building’s 1928 heritage while introducing a flexible, future-ready environment centered around collaboration and connection.
At the heart of the floor is a 177-person multipurpose venue equipped with broadcast-quality lighting and sound, a dedicated control room, and direct access to an expansive landscaped terrace overlooking Madison Square Park. Designed to support year-round internal and external events, the space seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor experiences while offering sweeping city views that enhance the overall guest experience.
A curated mix of meeting rooms, huddle areas, quiet zones, café spaces, and pantry amenities surrounds the central venue, creating a cohesive hospitality-driven environment that accommodates both formal presentations and informal gatherings. Together, these spaces establish a highly adaptable destination that elevates employee experience while reinforcing the client’s longstanding legacy through contemporary workplace design.
