During the COVID-19 lockdown and subsequent transition to fully remote work, Aspen Insurance embarked on a mission to transform its Jersey City office into a vibrant, welcoming environment for employees once it was safe to return to work. This overhaul revolved around the concept of “pathways”, drawn from Aspen’s leaf logo, which we integrated into the workplace’s layout and bespoke signage system. We also introduced biophilic elements to enhance the environment, incorporating access to natural light, outdoor views, moss walls, and natural materials.
