Global Technology Campus London The Stage
A narrative-led London campus uniting heritage, creativity, and future-focused workplace design.
The transformation of two landmark buildings—spanning 19 floors—establishes a new, character-rich campus in the heart of London. Designed to support growth and bring together multiple teams, the workplace is conceived as a story told in three acts, drawing on the city’s theatrical heritage to create a cohesive and immersive environment rooted in place and purpose.
The first act reflects London’s history, grounding the design in material authenticity and crafted detail. Subtle references to performance and storytelling are woven throughout, creating a sense of continuity between past and present. The second act embraces the energy of the surrounding neighbourhood, introducing layered interiors, sustainable materials, and expressive elements that evoke a backstage world of movement and creativity. Reception spaces, café environments, and shared areas are animated through texture, light, and sculptural interventions that invite interaction and discovery.
The final act looks forward, with open, flexible environments designed for collaboration, reflection, and connection. A curated spatial journey culminates in elevated client-facing areas with panoramic views. Across the campus, global workplace standards are seamlessly integrated, while the identity remains distinctly London—creating a workplace where architecture, narrative, and experience come together.
