Shelley brings over 15 years of industry experience, including 13 years with HLW, working across Los Angeles, New York, and London. Her international portfolio spans major European cities such as Paris, Warsaw, Amsterdam, and Dublin, giving her a strong global perspective and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across diverse teams and markets. She has led projects for global technology clients and major financial institutions, combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery across all phases of design.
A LEED Green Associate, Shelley is committed to integrating sustainable principles into her work, recently leading a landmark London project focused on re-use and decarbonisation. Known for her creative leadership and technical rigor, she excels from concept through construction, while also contributing to HLW’s industry presence through business development, networking, and speaking engagements including Worktech and Mix roundtables.
